Managing Consultant/Senior Consultant. He is an economist with over 15 years of experience in applied research. He is PhD Degree in Economics Candidate at the University of Zambia (UNZA). He holds an M.Sc. Degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Makerere University in Uganda and a B.Sc. Degree in Agricultural Economics from the UNZA.
Chibamba possesses skills in policy analysis, value chain analysis, project monitoring, assessment and evaluation, field work data collection and report writing. He is proficient in several statistical software including Stata, SPSS, E-views and GAMS and has extensive experience in developing rigorous and robust qualitative and quantitative data collection tools or instruments
Chibamba has consulted for different organizations among them UN Zambia, FAO, WFP, UNDP, UNICEF, IFAD, ILO, DfID, Millennium Challenge Corporation, African Agriculture, Trade & Investment Fund (AATIF), Presidential Malaria Initiative (PMI), Population Services International (PSI), USAID, Zambian Ministries of Agriculture, Finance and Community Development and Social Services, and local/international NGOs such as the Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflections (JCTR), Cotton Association of Zambia and Financial Sector Deepening Zambia (FSDZ).
Further, having presented study findings in stakeholders’ dissemination workshops, Chibamba possess excellent presentation skills.
