Cynthia Chibebe is an Associate Consultant at March Associates. She is currently studying a Master of Science degree in Economics at Copperbelt University (CBU). She holds a BSc degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zambia. She has more than four years of experience in research. Cynthia has the ability to conduct literature review, field data collection for both qualitative and quantitative methods, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation of project activities and report writing. She has participated in different research studies including agriculture, education, WASH, SRH and Maternal health conducted in Zambia. In terms of qualitative research skills,
Cynthia has experience conducting focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and in-depth interviews with project beneficiaries and stakeholders as well analysis. Before joining March Associates, Cynthia worked as a research assistant for organizations like American Institutes for Research, Palm Associates, ACDI/VOCA and Data for Impact and Innovations. She also worked for Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) as a Seed Fund Intern. Cynthia has skills in developing data collection tools like CS Pro and is highly competent in statistical analysis software such as Stata and SPSS.
