Costa Siwale is an Associate Research Consultant at March Associates. He has strong passion for research and development initiations that foster positive societal change. He holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from Cavendish University and Bachelor of Education Degree specialising in Special Education from the University of Zambia. Costa aspires to dedicate his life to understanding the intricate dynamics of development and progress and inclusive holistic development strategies. He is competent in both quantitative and qualitative research. Costa has actively been engaged in community researches by organizations such as FAWEZA, YWCA, and World Vision, among others. He has worked in diverse fields including education, agriculture, sexual reproductive health, as well as mental health awareness. Regarding data collection, Costa has experience in conducting interviews with both project beneficiaries and key informants. Additionally, he possesses the ability to adeptly facilitate training and/or meetings, and deliver presentations in a simplified manner.

He is competent in the Microsoft Office Package, encompassing Power Point, Excel, and Word. His tech-savvy nature empowers him to leverage technology as a tool for enhancing research, communication, and project management. He is a team player and believes that collaborative work yields the best results.
